How to install:

Installation requires drilling 5 holes on the wheel (where the circle nubs are; refer to photos) Upon installing the rings, line up 2 washers between the ring and wheel(closes the gap from ring to wheel) and one washer on the underside(interior) section of the wheel for the screw to secure.
