Body Protection Kit - Compatible w/ Traxxas Maxx

Introducing a way to prolong the life and longevity of your stock Traxxas Maxx body. This upgrade kit reinforces crucial parts of the Maxx that often take the brunt of the impacts/damages. The hood and roof skids are great for those over dramatic underside slides, and the rear section is great for bad/off center landings. Does not interfere with rear body latch or rear spoiler/mounting systems.


Roof Skid -- Remove factory roof skid, set stock hardware aside. Place our roof skid in its place, use included M3x16 screws to secure (recommended to hand-tighten/low torque).

Rear Body Section - Line up the rear body parts on the sides like shown in the photos, use a sharpie to mark the 7 holes on each side, then drill through with an m3 drill, and then install the parts with the included m3x12 hardware and locknuts. (save the 2x M3x16 screws for securing hood section).

Hood/Nose - remove the factory screws that hold the skeleton underbody, place our nose protector in its place, locate the 3 screw holes and using a sharpie, mark points to then drill with an m3 drill and then install with the included hard and locknuts (the 2x longer screws are used for the securing of the skeletal underbody.)
